Unable to change Apple ID settings even when no profiles are installed

The Apple ID settings on my MacBook Pro (M1) running latest MacOS Sonoma is getting the following error:

All the settings are greyed out:

And there are no profiles installed on the system.

This is my personal system, where I'm the only user and have all admin access.

In the previous MacOS version I was able to change the settings, but after upgrading it to MacOS Sonoma, facing this.

Please suggest a solution to this... Thanks!

Have seen at least 1 or 2 another Users who claimed No Profiles were installed.

Upon running the Etrecheck application - low and behold - the computer was a Managed Computer belonging to a Mobile Digital Management Service ( MDM ) for short

They were attempting to change the Screen Resolutions and had the Same Error message as in your above Image

Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.

The Application is Not a " Silver Bullet "  and is  only a tool to examine the Hardware / Software used on this computer

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.Hardware / Software used on this computer
