You already have an eMail address: Your Apple ID an an eMail address, and it would be no different than the eMail you used to log in to these forums with, given it is the same account.
Creating an iCloud eMail:
A. Find how to here: Create an eMail Address for iCloud Mail - Apple Support.
B. Use a Computer for This:
Consider using a computer to perform this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
C. IMPORTANT: Once created, the iCloud eMail address cannot be changed. So, make one that you will not regret having.
