Software Update error.

I have macbook air m1. It’s currently running on Ventura 13.6 Im trying to update it to sonoma 14 but everytime I update it, it shows an error saying “Cant personalise my software update”. I have best interent connection, cant be the issue of wifi. I have tried updating in safe mode, Had the same issue. Is there any expert out there to help me figure out what can be the issue and possible solution?
