What is my Trade In status?

It may take some time for Apple to process the delivery after the device has been delivered to them. The trade in process generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete.

I do not know who you sent it to in your country, but in the US, Apple uses third party trade in partners so you do not send it to Apple, but to them. They then test the device and will determine the actual trade in amount.
