Slow boot on Imac, issues with Fusion Drive

Hey, since couple of years I am facing issues with my Imac 27" 2019 with Fusion Drive. Boot is incredibly slow (up to 5 minutes...) and reinstalling didn't solve anything. After the ultra-slow boot, the system is very fast and responsive. I am currently running Sonoma.

I'm wondering if I have some issue with the Fusion Drive at this point.

Somebody can have a look and help?

Then it seems it is not split. One thing we can do to check the overall health is the following:

It will help us get a good idea of what is causing your problem if you provide a report of your system, that way we do not have to play 20 questions with you. The report we are requesting does NOT provide any personal information and is extremely safe to use. Please navigate to www.Etrecheck.com and download the free version of EtreCheck. Once you have you downloaded the app and installed it, please run the report and save it. This report will help us get a good idea what has been installed on your system and help us be able to diagnose what may be wrong.

When you have your report, you can attach it when you reply to this message and we can then review it and help you determine what is needed to get your system running well again. Having multiple sets of eyes review the report ensures you do not miss anything. Also, the report does not provide any personal info which you can see when you look over the report yourself.

For instructions on how to download your EtreCheck report and attach it to your reply to this message please click How to use the Add Text Feature When Post… - Apple Community It is helpful to us if you download the report to your Desktop.

Thanks! I run also Etrecheck often, no major problems. Sorry for asking, but do you think it's normal to see two identical drives in Storage?

No that is not normal. Hard to say if it is something going on with your system or a macOS bug.

Try starting up in Safe Mode and login, then restart normally and recheck the Storage eye candy thing.

To confirm that it's not a software related slowdown download and run Etrecheck. Be sure to give it Full Disk access before running.

Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC and recommended by Apple Support  to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

Copy the report

and use the Additional Text button to paste the report in your reply.

Then we can evaluate the report to see if we can determine the cause of the problem.
