Apple podcast app queue option

OK hi so I have been using and listening to podcast through the Apple podcast app for maybe two years now and I’m just now starting to learn more options and functions that I have the option to use and recently I saw an option for add this to my queue so I had added one or two and let me remind you too. This is the first time ever that I have added anything to it or have ever pushed, the queue option, and when I say today was the first time I mean literally the first time ever in the years I use this app so my question is, is there any possible way other than pushing the three dots and choosing the option that says add this episode to your queue is there any other way possibly that you could either accidentally or add a episode to your list? The reason I ask this is again like I said this is the first time I’ve ever used this option but I had over 30 different podcast episodes from different podcast shows so it wasn’t like it was all one person‘s podcast show and it was all 30 episodes added by the same person it was 20 different people and different podcasts but like I said, I know for fact I never used or put them in there or I never pushed to put them in there. I didn’t even know this option existed till today and until I started experimenting around with the app today sorry that this is so long just wanted to make sure to explain my dilemma the best I could anyone have any thoughts? How is this possible that over 30 episodes were in my queue and I know I did not add them there personally.
