My Calendar won't sync with my Office 365 account. Everything is working fine in my Outlook but I would like to use the Mail and Calendar app from my MacBook Pro. Refresh is already set to "Push". Am I missing anything?

Appears the issue lays with Microsoft.
There is an open Microsoft advisory regarding this
iOS users may be unable to perform specific Exchange ActiveSync actions within their native iOS apps
