I am having difficulty pairing my Dexcom 7 app on my iPhone 12 to my Apple 8 watch

I have contacted Dexcom help desk and they indicated that the iPhone 12 and Apple Watch 8 may not be compatible with the Dexcom 7. It worked fine with the Dexcom 6. Can someone assist me in setting this up?

If Dexcom has told you that their app is not compatible, there's really not anything that anyone here in this user-to-user forum can do. I'd suggest trying Dexcom again as, from the way you've relayed the information, it could be that the person you spoke to wasn't really sure.
