Someone changed my Apple id password and now i cant log out my account it’s locked

I used another apple id on icloud when I signed in someone suddenly changed the password now i cant sign in to my apple id it’s locked it needs password

My Apple ID is locked for security reasons I forget my password and try different password to log in and it lock me and I can't log in [Re-Titled by Moderator]
