Issues renewing apple care
I was trying to renew my apple care on my 2020 MacBook Pro and its saying that my macbook is not eligiable for coverage, its only three years old.

Did your apple care plus expire yet? You can renew only after the coverage period has ended, after that you see an option in about this mac>more info. I have the same Macbook Intell 2020 and I have renewed it in August after the first cover had expired, you can also call Apple support to ask for advice.
