Just upgraded from an Iphone 12 pro. New phone will not charge on any of my wireless chargers with any of my cases on. Had no issues with the old phone. Now, even with my thinest case, the wirless charger will not engage.

That's a good point... is your charger puck a genuine Apple MagSafe device? Powered from an appropriate USB-C power adaptor with at least 20W power rating?

If you tried in the Apple Store with a case, which is NOT MagSafe on Apple's MagSafe charger, it won't charge with the case on. To get the advantages of MagSafe, you need a MagSafe Case WITH a MagSafe charger.
On Amazon, you can find literally hundreds of MagSafe chargers for very reasonable prices. Once you go MagSafe, you won't want to use anything else. ;-)
Older wireless chargers, often have the charging coil, misaligned for the newer phones. I had this issue starting with iPhone 13 and finally went MagSafe, which works and works 100% of the time.
when you use the magsafe case, are you charging the iphone with a magsafe charger? Iphone 15 magsafe will work with a magsafe case and a magsafe charger, some magsafe cases are not working well, if you want to test it you can go to an Apple store and see if it's working trying on a magsafe case and charger
Did you try both a magsafe case and a magsafe charger? Because that is the combination the works although without case or with some cases can also work on a normal wireless charger but that's not to be confused with magsafe
Are you using a MagSafe charger? If they were charging fine though and now aren't, try a Forced Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

The cases are all new. the phone will charge on the charger without the case on. One of the cases is mag safe, but the phone will not charge with the case on.
I do not have a magnasafe charger, however I did go into an apple store and try theirs. Would not charge unless I had the case off.
I have iPhone 15 pro max with MagSafe cases. They were charging fine then just stopped. I have to take the case off. I have changed nothing to cause this. Any thoughts out there for us?
