"K9 Web Protection Corrupted"

Recently purchased new macbook air and imported my files over from my old device. Upon starting my device after the import, there is a popup in top right of my screen that says "K9 Web Protection Corrupted, your installation of K9 web protection is corrupted. You will not be protected until you reinstall." This is an application I had over ten years ago and have since uninstalled prior to importing. I looked around my ~Library and couldn't find any K9 related scripts. How can I rid myself of this annoying popup?

According to my notes the file in question may be found here:

/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.bluecoat.k9filter.plist

If you are unable to remove it from the new Mac, the next idea would be to remove it from your older Mac, and then perform the migration again: K9 Web Protection is corrupted, unable to remove program - Apple Community
