If you want to make the text bold -- simply use CMD + B

But if you are talking about complete font change in Safari environment:

Yes, you can change the font settings in Safari for websites that don't specify a particular font, but it's essential to understand that many modern websites utilize CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) that might override these settings. Here's how you can change the default font settings in Safari:

  1. Change Default Font Settings in Safari:
    1. Open Safari.
    2. From the menu bar at the top, select Safari and then Preferences.
    3. In the Preferences window, click on the Advanced tab.
    4. Click on the Fonts & Colors button near the middle of the window.
  2. In the window that pops up, you'll see options to set the default fonts for:
    • Standard font
    • Fixed-width font
    • Serif font
    • Sans-serif font

Choose your desired font for each category by clicking on the respective Select button next to each item.

After setting your desired fonts, close the preferences window.

-- Use Extensions or Custom Style Sheets:

If you want to enforce specific fonts or styles on websites more broadly (even those with strict CSS rules), you may need to look into Safari extensions or use custom style sheets. Tools and extensions like "Stylish" or "Cascadea" allow users to apply custom CSS styles to specific sites or globally across all sites. This approach requires a deeper understanding of CSS, and it might not always work perfectly with all websites.

But you can't make them look as a bold
