downloads icon missing since update to Ventura 13.6

• How to fix it when desktop icons disappear on your Mac. Press Command-Control-Escape to display the Force Quit menu or click on the Apple menu and choose Force Quit. Select the Finder and click Relaunch. Restart your Mac. *I still do not have an icon on the top right safari screen*

You an drag&drop the Downloads folder form the Finder>User/Home folder to the right side of the Dock

or Control click in the Finder sidebar—> Add to Dock

Change the location of Downloads if you are doing this through Safari...if that is your issue
