Problems running iTunes for Windows on my PC

I am starting to lose my mind trying to use iTunes for Windows on my PC (Windows 11 64-bit in Classic Mode) after years of having done so successfully. I have followed every suggestion offered to me on this forum, to no avail. I have tried downloading it from the Microsoft store, and downloading it from Apple. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times that my fingers are sore. At this point, I no longer have an iTunes launcher in my task tray, nor an iTunes shortcut on my desktop, and I can't find any iTunes files on my hard drive, even though I just installed it for probably the tenth time. Can anyone help me? Many thanks.

Just to add, at this point, when I try to run the executable to install iTunes, it says that I have to uninstall a previously installed version before I can do so. But when I try to uninstall iTunes, it says that there is no such program installed. I can't install it, I can't uninstall it, and I can't run it. What should I do?
