MAC running macOS Ventura is running very slow

Since I updated my MAC to macOS Ventura 13.1, my computer has been running very slowly. It feels like a Windows computer, no kidding. I have run an EtreCheckPro report to help troubleshoot the issue. The report is attached.

iMac, OS X 10.11

Welcome!

You have two self-inflicted wounds: CleanMyMac and AVG. Neither are needed for a Mac and both can cause slowness.

Either or both could be the cause of your underperforming Fusion drive:

Performance:

System Load: 15.51 (1 min ago) 7.23 (5 min ago) 4.33 (15 min ago)

Nominal I/O usage: 13.71 MB/s

File system: 20.98 seconds

Write speed: 400 MB/s ⚠️

Read speed: 1320 MB/s

Your Read speed should be 600-900MB/sec based on reports from unadulterated iMacs with Fusion drives. Removing both CleanMyMac and the AVG stuff will likely fix that.

This is not self-inflicted but a bug that shows up now and then:

Diagnostics Information (past 7-30 days):

Second the assessment of @Allan Jones re " BrickMyMAc " aka CleanMyMac and any type of AV Software

This will include CleanMyMac , aka “ BrickMyMac

This application can or will Muck Up your User Account ( Home Folder ) of this machine.

It does not touch the Operating System itself unless you consider your User Account ( Home Folder ) as part of the Operating System

Then in that specific context - it has Mucked Up the Operating  System
