Can I get my screen replaced if I'm on a standard version of the software?

 was jump+ trying to replace my phone screen before ios 17 came out. i was on the beta for it, so when i went in to get it replaced they said i had to removed the beta by using my back up on my mac book or pay them 30 dollars to do it, i said ill do it myself but when i done it, it still showed the beta was still on it. with the ios 17 being out now and me not on any beta updates do you think i can get my phone screen replaced without having to factory reset it? we also dont have any apple stores near me only jump+
