While there's no confirmed answer we can provide, if it shows up no matter where you are then that indicates it is a Bluetooth item with you or always in your vicinity. Since it's auto-connecting, it means it's something you have connected to before.
Now, if you want to have your iPhone to forget the connection and not auto-connect, then follow the steps at Set up and use Bluetooth accessories on iPhone - Apple Support. It may also help you determine what the connection is related to.

Thanks for the reply. The issue with this is the way to forget the device or even disconnect from it isn’t available. Notice the blue circle info on the right side of all the other Bluetooth devices is their. This one does not have that and I cannot select it either when I tap on it. It constantly shows up and blinks as if connected and than not there the. There then not there almost every second. I have no other devices around me or in my vicinity and it is showing up. Not to sound like a conspiracy nut but I feel like I’m being tracked. Here it is again today and I am in a parking lot with my vehicle turned off and not other devices around me.
Bluetooth connection shows one called FRONT that shows connected but shows for awhile and goes away. It is different then all my other known connections because it gives me no options to adjust and it’s shows up sporadically no matter where I am
