Message tells me to contact Apple/ iTunes

I’m trying to buy some dice on monopoly go and it keeps telling me to contact apple/ITunes I been purchasing my dice without all this so what seems to be the problem now I am paying for it I don’t won’t no more interruptions while I’m gaming ok
