cannot see shared albums in icloud photos from my pc

I used to be able to stream a shared iCloud album of my grandchildren to my pc slideshow. Now I cannot find the shared iCloud photo albums when I go to my pc /settings/ personalization/ background/choose a picture album. All that shows is my icloud photos album. Nothing for shared albums.

I went into my Photos app and there are no Shared Albums! They are on my iPhone and on my iPad but NOT my MacBook Pro! I had no problems before with Monterrey. Shared albums don't show up on my Mac I just update the software on my Mac yesterday, and after that when I get back to Photos, I can't see my shared album anymore. And I tried to open iCloud for Photos on my mac. They ask me to purchase more storage to open it, it is so weird. Because I still can see and use it on my phone with the same iCloud, and before it showed up on this Mac too. I don't why after updating to Ventura 13.2, I can't see Shared albums on Photos anymore.

shared album photos not showing on mac I have a family shared album (not started by me, but shared) that shows on my iPhone, but not my MacBook Air. I had previously always been able to see this shared album on both my Mac and my phone. How can I get the shared album to show on my Mac again?

Hi, does PC mean you use Windows? And have you rebooted Windows recently? Have you seen this:
