Since the Mute/Silent switch on the side is mechanical, it might fail without you noticing.
To rule out a software issue, set your phone back to factory settings, using your computer.
Then set it up manually, without using the backup see if you can use the speaker at the bottom of the iPhone after that. If it is still not working after that, this is a hardware issue and the phone has to be serviced.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If it works again, restore from the latest backup to get all your data and settings back.

Did you already check the Ring/Silent switch on the side of the iPhone?
Can you use the speaker while on a call?
Any Bluetooth earphones connected to your iPhone?
Did you try to force restart your iPhone?
Are u kidding me? Of course....bluetooth is off, full volume, no silent mode. I can only use the upper speaker on my ear in calls... If I push the speaker button, nothing happens, just the upper speaker is working.
Im thinking about a full restore. If I do it, and its solve the problem, can i use the backup, or rather not???
Sry for my English....😓 😂
