HELP - No audio after IOS 17 update unless using speaker or AirPods - HELP

I just updated my iPhone 14 Pro Max to the new IOS 17. I no longer have any audio for incoming our outgoing calls unless I use speaker or my AirPods. I've restarted, updated IOS 17.0.3, etc. and it still does not work. This only happened after the software update. Any fixes to this glitch?
