moving an item from icloud drive to google drive on an ipad

I have an item currently stored in a file on my ipad in icloud drive. I need to move it to a file in gdrive. is it possible? thanks

How to access iCloud files for external drive backup? I've almost grasped the concept of iCloud, except that… When I use an external drive to save my data and create a bootable clone for safety (using SuperDuper in my case), a number of files are invisible to SuperDuper and therefore don't get copied to the drive. Does this mean that files in iCloud are unavailable to me (or SuperDuper) unless I actually click on them? What is actually happening to make the files unavailable? I thought iCloud was merely a synchronisation rather than an archiving system… Does this then mean that iCloud and apps that facilitate saving to external drives are incompatible? You will need to install the Google Drive App:

https://apps.apple.com/app/google-drive-online-backup/id507874739

After installing the App, open the App and sign-in to your Google Account. After you have signed-in, you will be able to add and access Google Drive from the Files App sidebar.
