Why won’tmy Apple Cash transfer to my debit it card ?

Please note that Apple Cash can only transfer to eligible Mastercard or Visa debit cards. If you aren't sure whether your card is eligible, contact your card issuer.

If your issuer says your card is eligible and you can’t transfer to the card from Apple Cash:

1. Check for iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS updates.
2. Make sure that your device is eligible to use with Apple Pay.
3. Make sure that you have a Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
