Apple Watch dock missing

In the Apple Watch app Dock is missing. Anyone knows why

With watchOS 10, what you call the “dock” (actually called “Control Center”) is no longer accessed by swiping up. Instead it is accessed by briefly pressing the side button.

Cannot find Dock in the Watch app I want to add an app to the recent app screen on my watch running 10.0.1 and the instructions tell me to Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Dock. I have searched in vain and cannot find Dock. Can someone guide me to where it is?

after current update apple watch series 8 does not have dock function After latest update on apple watch there is not dock function for 10 favorites
