Does the Apple Watch SE have the "cover to mute" option? I can't find it
On my Apple Watch SE there is no "cover to mute" option in Settings --> Sounds & Haptics

Taking a look at: Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, go to the My Watch tab, then tap Sounds & Haptics.
It seems you will not find the setting you are looking for on your watch, but instead your iPhone.
