itunes screen tearing

So, after talking with a Senior Advisor, it seems that iTunes is not compatible with the Aero Theme for Windows. The only way to fix this issue is to right-click on the desktop or folder iTunes executable icon, then click on "troubleshoot compatibility" (You may have to click on "more options" first to get the option to show for Windows 11). Then start the troubleshooter. It will apply settings for Windows 8. In my testing, this worked almost flawlessly. The only issue is when it first renders the iTunes screen, you might see a little bit of screen tearing, but then it works with no further graphical issues. Hope this helps someone!

Thanks so much for your response. I can confirm that the issue is still occurring even after a clean install of iTunes from the Microsoft Store. The details are the same: when I attempt to scroll through a list of songs in iTunes, the screen will sometimes go completely black, and other times, elements on the screen will black out. This happens regardless of the account that is logged into on the PC. Unfortunately, I am unable to test another graphics cards as my machine is a laptop. I did try setting my smooth scrolling setting in Windows 11 to one line instead of three, but that didn't help either. My NVIDIA GPU settings are factory defaults. Settings are below:
