I've cut a project together, and now I'm combing through it to note what editing needs done. I want a hotkey that adds a todo marker, and then immediately opens the modify text box. Is there any way to do that? In the hotkey settings I only see either "Add todo marker" or "Add marker and modify"

In Settings there's an "Add ToDo Marker" and "Add Chapter Marker" and both are blank.
As a test I assigned Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-M to "Add ToDo Marker". I created a regular marker with "M" then hit my new custom command, and it changed it to a Todo marker just fine.

I checked the manual and there is no indication that we can change the marker type between standard, todo and chapter, using just the keyboard... if anyone finds a way, I'd also like to know.
Any way to hotkey "Add todo marker and modify"?
