How do I uninstall and then reinstall the Mail app?

OK, to do that you should not reinstall the mail app. Instead go to Settings/Mail/Accounts, tap on the account and delete it. Then restart your phone, go back to Settings/Mail/Accounts and add the comcast.net account.

Delete it, restart your iPhone, and add it back. But what do you hope to accomplish by uninstalling and reinstalling it? All of the data displayed by the mail app is from your ISP’s mail server; it has no local data to refresh.

I am trying to start "clean" with Mail in order to reinstall my comcast.net account to Mail.
