I forgot my apple id security question as i did not remember not now and i did not save them nad i never used that question before. I request to change my security question or active two factor verification. I tried many times but its working please help me.

If you cannot remember your security questions, the only way to reset them will be by taking the steps here: If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
You will need to know your password in order to reset the questions. If you cannot remember your password in order to reset the questions, you will not be able reset them or enable two-factor.
