Frame Drop In Every Games Iphone 14 Pro Max

So i bought the iphone 14 pro max recently,2 Days Ago and i experienced frame drops in every games,mobile legends,stumble guys etc which doesnt even require high gpu to run smooth,also have upgraded this phone to the lastest ios,17.0.3,could this be a software issue?
