wireless carplay not connecting

I have a 2023 Toyota Corolla which features wireless Apple CarPlay. After I downloaded iOS 17 and currently being on iOS 17.0.3, wireless CarPlay does not connect but wired CarPlay does. I’ve tried everything. I’ve turned the phone and car on and off, disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth, unpaired and paired the phone to the car again. I even went to the dealership thinking maybe it had something to do with my car. The salesman connected his phone to my car right away and it popped up right away with wireless CarPlay and he was running on iOS 16 still at that moment so it has to be a bug in the iOS 17. Anyone else having this issue with their phone and their car?
