I am currently using an iPhone X and a MacBook Pro. I received an Apple Watch Ultra 9 as a gift yesterday. Unfortunately, the Apple Watch Ultra 9 requires an iPhone Xs or later for compatibility.
Is there any solution to use the Apple Watch Ultra 9 with my existing devices or without any devices until I upgrade my iPhone?

Unfortunately no. The watch series 9 has allready watchOS 10 installed and for watchOS 10 you'll need iOS 17.

Watch is an iphone accessory.
You can only pair it with iphone, and series 9 needs iphone XR or later with iOS17.
