Right AirPod play very quiet and configuration problem

Good day, I have a problem with my 2nd generation Airpods Pro. The AirPods were purchased less than two months ago. This morning the headphones still worked normally, but when I put them away for an hour/two hours and used them again the right earphone played very quietly. At first I thought it was discharged because it was so quiet, but it was above 90% baterries. Likewise, the noise reduction and contact mode do not work. I did as it says on Apple Support or reset them. Nothing helped. On youtube I searched and found a video that showed how to fix it. The video showed the same thing as in the article at Apple, with the addition of removing Airpods from the Find My app. In addition to the right AirPods not working, there is also a configuration problem. Can it still be salvaged or is there only service left?
