Slow wifi issues on Mac Mini M2 Pro post Sonoma update

This is really frustrating! Since updating to Sonoma on my Mac Mini M2 Pro, my wifi has slowed don dramatically and even stops at times. I've never experienced this before. All other non-Sonoma devices (Windows, Google Chromecast and Amazon Echo) are working normally. It's only my Apple device that has the problem. I've tried everything recommended on the Macpaw site, (DNS, DHCP renewal, router off/on, wifi offf/on) and have also uninstalled VPN, and network filters and disabled my antivirus. Nothing changes. Has anyone found a permanent resolution? Do we know if Apple are investigating wifi issues? Is there a way of temporarily reverting back to MacOS 13? It's so bad, that I'm seriously thinking of moving back to a Windows machine.

This is the reason. On Sonoma you need to turn off one settings in network. I have tried on different networks and this is the reason why MacBook is slow on wifi. Attaching images so you can find it easier. Basically, go to network settings for the connection you are currently on, and turn off Limit IP address tracking. I don't know if there is a way to turn it of for all the networks at once.

Q - " is there a way of temporarily reverting back to MacOS 13? "

A - You may not need to explore that option by removing the Third Party Security Software

There are no known Windows-like Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS, because of the underling UNIX  Foundation and Permission Limitation

Apple can fix what Apple Controls

What they can not control / fix is what third part software the user has installed on the computer

FYI, M2 Mac Mini, M2 MBA and M1 Mac Mini all connecting to Fibre Optic connection via wifi 5 gHz and 6 gHz connections.
