Why can’t I get on safari
Since the last software update I cannot open any links to safari or open safari app on my iPhone 11

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're unable to open the Safari app since updating to iOS 17. If you haven't already done so, we recommend restarting your iPhone to refresh iOS, apps and connections. Here are the steps if needed: Restart your iPhone. You'll also want to make sure you're running the very latest version of iOS 17. There have been several updates since the initial release. Here's how if needed: Update your iPhone or iPad.
"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
- Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
- Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."
