No internet connectivity issues since upgrade

I updated my iPhone 11 to 16.7 and it randomly has no internet connectivity either on WiFi or cellular. Rebooting the phone fixed the issue temporarily but then it happens again 6+ times a day. I got an iPhone 15 because I assumed it was an issue with my older phone, but I have the same problem on my new phone that has version 17.0.3. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

Hello IphoneFrustration11,

It looks like you joined the Apple Support Communities from the following page: How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support. However, for the issue you're experiencing, we have a few more details that can help for the problem you're encountering.

To help with the Wi-Fi issue you're experiencing, check out and follow the information on this page: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support. It offers guidance for what to do if you need help with connecting to Wi-Fi on your iPhone or iPad.

Also, verify that the cellular data settings are correct on your iPhone. You can look over the setting here to compare: Connect iPhone to the internet - Apple Support.

If you get Wi-Fi connected but still not cellular data, reach out to your cellular provider, as they are the ones that provide you with your cellular service.

We hope this information helps you out.

Cheers!
