The screen will not respond to touch. This happened after a fall. Screen cracked and no response to touch.

I'm pretty sure you can guess what anyone will tell you need to do. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store and pay to have the screen replaced on your iPhone. There is no other solution, if you want to keep using the phone other than buying a new iPhone. And do not try to save money by going to some 3rd party shop. They don't have access to authentic Apple parts and if you go that route, Face ID will never work again, True Tone won't work, you'll see a message on the phone you have an non-Apple part installed on the phone and Apple won't ever touch the phone if you need service.
