I lost my hearing aids and have now replaced them and I want to connect them to my ipad, as I did before. However, when I tap on the name of the old hearing aids (to try and remove them) I just get a message coming up saying pairing failed and to turn them on- which I can’t do as I’ve lost them. There is no option to remove them. Can you please tell me how to remove them so I can add my new pair? Thank you

To remove a Bluetooth device from your iPad...:
Settings > Bluetooth > [My Devices] - tap the associated blue "i" icon, then tap Forget Device
