My iPhone is disabled because I did not know the password .

iPad, iPadOS 16

You will need to erase it using a computer, by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support


This of course only applies if this is indeed your iPhone and you were the one who set it up with your Apple ID and Password, which you of course know.
