Stuck on error 4013 while trying to update/restore iPad (6th gen)

Hello, I have been trying to update/restore my ios after my storage had been maxed out and was stuck on flashing Apple logo. When I try to use iTunes to restore, I keep getting a 4013 error while doing so.Any help?

ipad stuck in a boot loop error 4013 when I try to restore with itunes i have an old ipad (version 6 i think) that recently got stuck in a boot loop. I connected it to my PC and tried to restore and update with itunes. It ran through its cycle, but then shows a dialog with error code 4013. I tried both restoring and also updating. Unable to to restore/update my ipad and keep getting error 4013. I have contacted apple for support was not provided anything of use despite their efforts. Tried using various computers to fix it and different apple cords but still the same error.
