We'd love to to help see if we can help resolve the issue for you. There are a couple of things to try that may resolve the issue, if not, you may consider contacting Apple Support for further troubleshooting.

Make certain iOS is updating to the latest version: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If iOS is updated to the current version, try to Force Restart your iPhone: Force restart iPhone
If the issue remains: Contact Apple Support
