No Service after iOS 17.0.3 Update

i got a notification to update my iPhone 14 promax to iOS 17.03 which I did. After the update, my device has been displaying no service. I have done all the recommended solutions on google ( removed and reinserted the sim, reset settings, hard restart, no iOS update). Is there any other option to explore?

Same exact issue happened to me. iPhone 13 Pro, the download automatically went through last night and so far I have been completely unable to connect to my data. Been having to use my school’s WiFi for everything but cannot text or call without it. Hoping it’s just a glitch, any solutions?

Apparently this is not just an iOS 17 issue.

Just upgraded my like new iPhone 6s Plus from 14.something to iOS 15.8.

After the update signal strength / signal is in the toilet.

Where I was seeing 1 and 2 bars with iOS 14 I now see NO SERVICE.

WiFi is working BUT for some reason when NO SERVICE is displayed then WiFi Calling is not functioning / available.

This seem to be some bug introduced by Apple. Unfortunately they will likely ignore it and those searching for a fix in a effort to sell a new phone. Great for the shareholders I guess.

I have faced the same issues since I bought the iPhone 14, I usually restore it from iTunes and the issue was getting resolved but it started happening frequently after every update. So I submitted my device in the service centre twice after arround 9th incident but no resolution, they just did restore and gave it back. Now I have submitted it again and service centre guys has raised escalation with Apple backend. It has been 6days but no resolution and no status whats happening. Regret buying Apple device.

Nice workaround, but definitely there is a hardware issue which could result in something else later. Dumb Apple service center not able to understand the issue and not replacing the device, simply sending it back to me saying issue not reproducible next day when I update it then network service goes down. WORST SERVICE.

I have the same issue with a new (renewed) iPhone 11. Problem seems to have occurred after the phone performed one (of several) iOS updates. Phone is currently running 17.1.1.

I tried calling Tech Support for my carrier (ATT pre-paid) two times. Both times they were able to resolve the issue temporarily. Restarting the phone caused the problem to occur again.

Has anyone been able to prevent the issue by resetting their phone to factory settings, and then NOT allow the phone to do any iOS updates?

Apple is playing tactics .... that users to switch on new devices rather than using old one, which is truly unfair and these fancy phones are quite expensive. I got same issue with 12 pro max and tried all the options and now I am Planning to switch back to ios 16 to check if that's new update that causes all the mess. If 16 works perfectly then its problem with ios 17 version

I have the same issue before with my Iphone 12 Pro n need to send them back to my seller cause i bought outside the store . When i sent it to them they said it was the motherboard problem coz the IMEI number went missing. That totally freaked me out cause i just bought it, and it happened to me twice. Both happen after I update my IOS.

The first time i took to the seller n use my warranty. And the second time i fix by restored thru itunes and it fix the issue.

So from my observation it could happened either your storage was full or your internet while ur updating is too weak/slow.

So if this issue happens to you just try and restore first rather spending for a fix if ur warranty outdated. Well if it goes other way might bring it to the specialist. Good luck 💪🏻

Right after i updated to IOS 17.3, this problem came up. The cellular is on but no service, can see other networks meaning not my motherboard or the cellular band problem. Maybe there's a bug that not everyone have only the selected ones. I can't call nor text and i need it so bad cause this is my only/work phone. Without the cellular can't have internet so i can't do my job. I did all the basic stuff and even went to the nearest apple store for a services, even the technician there don't know what's the problem and asked me to contact the advisor again. I don't have enough money to buy a new phone Apple. Please Apple fix this or atleast give me a new phone since it's not the owner's fault :(
