Whatsapp is taking too long to retreive messeages

Hello,


I have multiples chat apps in my iPhone 14 plus mobile and all of them are working fine and they retrieve the message's once I open the app itself, except the WhatsApp.


Once I open WhatsApp,, it keeps 1 or 2 minutes saying connecting to the network as you can see on the attached file, and then after that period (1 or 2 minutes) all the messages will start to be received gradually, and once they are to be received, the WhatsApp is hanging and i cannot scroll down all my conversations till all the messages are received.


I tried multiple strategies including :

1- Resetting all my iPhone and all my settings and erasing everything

2-change my iPhone 14 Plus with another iPhone 13 mini

3-power off/on my iPhone

4-update the application

5-change my associated apple id with another apple id

6-remove normal WhatsApp and install WhatsApp for business and vice versa


All of these strategies didn't work with me

Has anyone face this issue before ?

Below we've provided steps that may help resolve your issue in regards to receiving messages in WhatsApp. Prior to going through the steps, make sure you have a current backup of your WhatsApp data. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
 
Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
 
Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
 
Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
