Do I have to enter my pass code every time I take my watch off or there’s a way to bypass this?

If your iPhone is within normal Bluetooth range (about 33 feet or 10 meters) of your Apple Watch, it can unlock your Apple Watch automatically, without the need to enter your Apple Watch passcode.
To enable this, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap My Watch, tap Passcode, then turn on Unlock with iPhone.
