The Instagram app is free. If you bought something on Instagram (like through shopping or something) Apple wouldn’t refund you for that. What exactly are you trying to get refunded? Is it the verified subscription? I don’t think that’s something Apple would or could refund you for because that is service that you purchased that is not an in-app purchase but a direct Meta purchase
