Swipe up not working

I have an Apple Watch 7 and my swipe up just stopped working . I tried as I read in another group to re-start pressing both buttons both still not working. Can somebody support me?

Have you updated your watch to the latest version of watchOS? It is currently 10.0.1.

What are you expecting when you swipe up from the bottom? That used to bring up the Control Center. Control Center in watchOS 10.0.1 is now brought up by one press of the Side Button.
