After updating My iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 17.0.3 my battery health is gone and in the setting it’s showing the unknown part apple message.
and my battery before update was 90 percent charged and now it’s stuck in 1 percent and not charging
please help me

Hi Alex,
Yes, the battery was replaced (iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max) and now both the phones cannot update to ios 17.0.3
cannot get original batteries and the backs are broken on the both the phones and apple will not touch it.
any loopholes/ ideas?

no i did not do any repairs on my iphone before this issue

no it was new and work correctly before update.
