Atuvos Tag not updating on iPad (but they do on iPhone and Mac)

Hi there! I have this issue I can't explain: I have two Atuvos Tag. The time of last location is the same (and correct) on both iPhone and Macbook, but on iPad the last location is much older (right now: on iPhone and Macbook is 12 minutes ago but on iPad is 24 hours ago!).

Any hint?
