Hello IsaCzar1,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

If your AirPods are currently paired with an iPhone, open Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Balance on your iPhone. Make sure that the balance slider is set to the middle as expected here.

If your AirPods are still not working as expected, please contact Apple Support directly as service may be needed: Apple Support. You can also start service on your own here: AirPods Repair & Service.

All the best!
